Diet...


Hi, everyone. How was your weekend? For me, I went to Melbourne Central to watch movie titled Initiation Love, which is Japanese one. By the way, have you ever gone on a diet? I guess most girls have already tried it once in your life. I also did it when I was a high school student. As I was very curious about the way of diet I could try, I want to tell you two interesting diet styles I’ve found then. The first way is called Banana diet. This diet was featured on many TV program before and known as that many celebrities were doing it. In this way, you are supposed to eat one to two bananas in the morning and eat usual meal for lunch and dinner. This could work because a calorie of banana is quite lower than other food such as bread and rice. Also, banana contains a lot of vitamin C, dietary fiber, and potassium which have power to remove your fat. The other way is called chocolate diet. This diet suggest you eat about 50grams chocolate per day. Especially, chocolate which contain over 70 percent cacao is most suitable for this diet. You probably doubt an effect of this diet as chocolate said to contain a lot of fat. Of course it’s deniable but, chocolate also have effective nutrient for your diet presented by polyphenol. It can be helpful for you constipation, and also release your stress from diet.

I have never tried these two diet ways, but if you are currently on diet, you can try it.

  2. Hi, Marina! I'm really interested in your contents of blog. Actually, I've heard banana diet before. I've never tried though. I think your writing is certainly value for people who are doing diet because some people tried quite risky diet. I think this two way which you suggested is quite safe. Also, I have to diet before back to Japan so, I thought that want to chocolate diet with curiosity. I found good way to diet anyway. Thank you.

    I've tried banana diet before. I ate so much banana every morning that I never wanted to see it again. But I couldn't finish it successfully because I got tired of the diet.
    But I think I can obtain brilliant success by chocolate diet because I really like it!! It is awesome that I can eat chocolate for reasons of diet!!

  4. Hi Marina. I also start from looking up about the good way of losing weight on the internet first. I have heard the banana diet many times! But eating the same things for long time is really painful. Also I think that the way could lead to overeating after all. The best way of diet I think is eating well-balanced food as doing exercise and keep at it! It is very simple way but it will work a lot.

  5. Hi Marina! For the person who is desperate to lose weight, like me, it was really interesting topic. I have also tried banana diet before and as you said, it did work! It didn't last so long though. I didn't know eating chocolate is another way for losing weight. I feel always guilty when I eat chocolate, so it was a good news for me that I can still eat chocolate and lose weight at the same time.

  6. Hi Marina, i am Aaron. Thanks for your suggestion of diet. I want to lose weight and i try many way but they all do not work. I am very interesting in the Banana diet. Also, i know eating banana is good for firness. In my opinion, a healthy diet is important of losing weight, but the most important things is your perseverance.

    I didn’t know bananas are such a good fruit. I’ll try banana diet.
    About chocolate, I’ve heard of some merits too.
    Incredibly, it can prevent us from getting bad teeth!
    There might be other unbelievable stories about food…

    I have tried Banana diet, and my father is still doing it!!
    I don't know whether it really works or not, it is good way to rethink your food habit.
    Nowadays, the risk of obesity problem among young people is increasing in Japan. By promoting these kinds of diet methods, the risk might decrease gradually...
